Booking & Reservations
How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation directly through our website by selecting your preferred dates and accommodation. Alternatively, you can contact us via WhatsApp or email for personalized assistance.
What is the minimum stay requirement?
We have a minimum stay of 1 night for most accommodations. However, during peak seasons and holidays, a minimum 2-night stay may be required.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, you can request modifications to your booking by contacting us. Changes are subject to availability and may involve price adjustments based on the new dates.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation 7+ days before check-in: Full refund. 3-7 days: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: No refund. For special circumstances, please contact us directly.
Can we book the entire property?

Check-in & Check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
We try to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests when possible. Please contact us in advance to check availability. Additional charges may apply.
How do I reach the property?
We will send you detailed directions along with your booking confirmation. The property is accessible by car, and we recommend using Google Maps for navigation.
Getting There
Where exactly is Vivasa located?
Vivasa is inside Grape County biodiversity park, near Trimbakeshwar, Nashik. Exact location coordinates are shared at the time of booking.
How far is it from Nashik / Mumbai?
Nashik is approximately 30 minutes away. Mumbai is around 3.5 to 4 hours by road.
Is parking available?
Yes, private parking is available at the property.
Accommodations
What amenities are included?
All our accommodations include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private bathrooms, complimentary breakfast, and access to common areas. Specific amenities vary by accommodation type.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside the accommodations is strictly prohibited.
Are stag parties or bachelor parties allowed?
No, we do not host stag parties or bachelor parties at Vivasa. We maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
Do you have accommodation for drivers?
Yes. A separate driver's room with its own washroom is available at the property. Their stay can be arranged at an additional cost, let us know at the time of booking.
Food & Dining
Is breakfast included?
Yes, a complimentary homemade breakfast is included with every stay. Breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions including vegetarian, vegan, and common allergies. Please inform us in advance during booking.
What kind of food do you serve?
We run a pure vegetarian kitchen serving authentic Maharashtrian meals. Everything is cooked fresh by our caretakers using local, seasonal ingredients.
Is Jain food available?
Yes, Jain meals are available on request. Let us know at the time of booking.
What if we want non-vegetarian food?
Our kitchen is vegetarian, but The Deck at Grape County, a full restaurant within the same biodiversity park is just minutes away and serves a complete menu including non-veg. Our caretakers can arrange homestyle nonveg too with local flavours.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. Payment is processed securely through our booking system.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, we require full payment or a deposit to confirm your booking. The specific amount depends on the accommodation and dates selected.
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. There are no hidden charges.
