What is Vivasa
Vivasa means “light,” a name chosen to reflect the abundance of natural light at the villas.
We created Vivasa because we believe everyone deserves to breathe fresh air and experience the luxury of nature.
Nestled within the eco-conscious biodiversity community of Grape County, here, guests wake to the sound of birdsong, explore hiking trails, and enjoy activities like kayaking, yoga, bonfires, and stargazing, all while surrounded by pristine forest and mountain views.
Our garden is home to over 50+ varieties of spices and fruits and more than 150+ species, including rare plants like Falsa. All are available for guests to enjoy!

About the Location
Located near the sacred town of Trimbakeshwar, it is believed that Sadhus once meditated in these very hills.
Every guest has remarked on the palpable sense of peace and positive energy that fills the air.
Vivasa offers a world away from urban chaos. While cities like Mumbai struggle with rising AQI levels, we offer pristine air quality that guests can feel with every breath.

About the Founders
Brothers Nilesh and Rakesh were inspired the moment they laid eyes on this location.
What began as two private villas, created to capture the magic of these mountains for themselves and their families, has evolved into something they felt compelled to share.
The villas have been thoughtfully expanded and reimagined, joined by a treehouse and glasshouses, all with one purpose: to offer others the same profound sense of peace and renewal they discovered here.
Vivasa makes nature accessible to everyone seeking respite and renewal.

About the Caretakers
Our team of 7 caretakers, hired from the nearby tribal village, form the heart and soul of Vivasa.
Trustworthy, helpful, and always present on the property, they bring warmth and authenticity to every guest experience.
They prepare delicious, regionally flavored meals using ingredients from our own garden and local sources, offering a true taste of the land.
Their kindness transcends language — once, a foreign guest with no common language managed to communicate perfectly with our staff, sharing needs and laughter through gestures and simple human connection.
It’s this spirit of hospitality, rooted in simplicity and care, that makes every stay at Vivasa feel like coming home.
