- 7+ Days Before Check-in
Full Refund
Cancel 7 or more days before your check-in date and receive a complete refund of your booking amount.
- 3-7+ Days Before Check-in
Partial Refund
Cancel between 3 and 7 days before your check-in date and receive 50% of your booking amount back.
- 7+ Days Before Check-in
No Refund
Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in, or no-shows, are not eligible for refunds.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us via email at hello@vivasavillas.com or WhatsApp with your booking code. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Booking Modifications
If you need to modify your booking dates, please contact us as soon as possible. Date changes are subject to availability and may involve price adjustments based on the new dates selected. Modifications are not possible within 48 hours of arrival. Vivasa Villas is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural calamities, pandemics, or government restrictions.
